1976: Three Phua brothers start their sofa business in Lowland Road, Singapore;

1999: Sofa manufacturing factory in Kunshan, China obtained ISO 9002 certification;

In 2014, HUali Home furnishing (Jiangsu) Co., Ltd. was established. HTL will fully enter the Chinese market and further expand its wholesale and retail footprint.

In 2018, Domicil, a German brand of Huali Group, debuted in The Chinese market

In 2019, Corium and Fabbrica, the brands of Huali Group, were first launched in The Chinese market

In 2020, Golden Hill Pte Ltd acquired a subsidiary of Huali Group, bringing huali furniture group back into the arms of the founder Pan family

In 2021, Huali Group will focus on the development of 300 stores in the Chinese market, and plans to open more than 1,000 stores of its five brands HTL, Domicil, Corium, Fabbrica and Gallery within three years.
