Chapter 1 Icebreaker

On the first day, Mr. Zeng from the training department led the partners from the initial alienation to the better through the three links of "acquaintance, mutual acquaintance, and mutual support". Everyone experienced an unprecedented cry from life.

Chapter 2 The Power of Walking

On the second day, the outdoor development was specially arranged to start from the hotel and walk to the HTL China factory, the whole journey is about 8 kilometers. The so-called "it's windy and rainy when the nobles go out" is especially favored by God, and it rained heavily in the morning. But to the students, what is this storm? We have to challenge the impossible!

Chapter 3 Cultural Journey

After enjoying the beautiful scenery of Lucheng in the heavy rain, the students finally came to the HTL factory to visit the production process. Seeing the global integrated production line and the workshop management mode of excellence, everyone was deeply shocked. It turns out that a good sofa is made like this!

The "Commodity Selling Point" course made everyone's eyes shine. It turns out that each sofa has its own characteristics and language. When we make good use of the FABE rule to express, it becomes so easy to communicate with customers.

The "Sales Skills" course has benefited everyone a lot. From the customer entering the store to the transaction and tracking service, the links are linked step by step.

The results of this test set a new high in the history of the "three-person training camp". With a pass rate of 84%, 20 of the 24 students passed smoothly.

Chapter 4 Achievements Display

Kunshan Ganglongxilin store is the largest and most representative HTL direct-operated store in the country. Every training activity will let students come here to learn. Here, you can see various series of sofa sets, and learn more by combining physical objects. At the same time, it also allows everyone to practice on-site actual combat scenarios.
